I believe prediction markets provide invaluable market insights and allow organizations of all sizes adequately access risk associated with a given event. I would encourage to CFTC to take a hands off regulatory approach and allow markets like Predictit to function like they have for years. Relegating these markets to the realm of sportsbooks and gambling will eliminate the essential market based fundamentals that provide a huge benefit to society.
