To who it may concern: on May 5th, 2018 I filed a reparation against a broker dealer with
CFTC, this was to be easy no attorney needed thing. Today is May 1st
, 2024 I have been
dealing with this garbage since June 17th 2017 personally and I am no closer to having it
resolved than the day I started, this has destroyed my life just to be clear.
To be honest I wish I had never filed the complaint. On my case one would need the whole
FOIA division of the US GOVERNMENT to do so and know the laws and rules of each
agency to complete it. I had the first part, being dyslexic and having no interest at all in
getting a job or working for the government I have been completely lost in all of this.
Furthermore you mention charges against me, that’s news to me, bring them on at least
that way I will be appointed an attorney which would put an end to this.
This is worse than FCI, at least there is a release date there and ones funds would not be
appropriated at the governments will.
This more or less sums up my thoughts on the matter. The SWAPS were cleared with a put,
now the rest you can do yourselves.
As for my 16% of ABG I suppose that’s a pipedream, as is my pension fund, far as EISRA I
will dream about that 3% too. What a life to watch everything my family ever had go to
some politician whims. I have never seen or heard of anything like this in all of my life. There
has been a lot of good to the industries come out of it with new laws and regulations. As for
me I am left swinging in the wind. It’s a catch 22 for myself, I say this because if I took a job
with the government I would be fired for cause and will be anyway. If I do as you request you
will appropriate my funds.
I would like to point out that it is not for you to decide where my funds will be distributed,
that is for me to decide. It is not for you to decide if I get a bulk payment or not. I offered on
the front-end of this to allow me 600,000,000.00 after taxes and allow me to walk away free
and clear, the offer still stands and close the pass though account and let DOJ continue as
they intend and everyone is happy. I simply want this over and behind me living on a ranch
out west not be bothered with all of this. It is all over my head at 67 years old, sell the ranch
ect. I simply want peace of mind.
I sincerely hope that you and the politicians enjoy everything my family has earned and
acquired since 1476, you certainly earned it.
