Dear CFTC,
The servers and source code of derivative firms like CME Group must be looked into deeply and tested thoroughly by the authorized CFTC's computer science engineers. Besides that, the executable file must be commenced and terminated by authorized CFTC's personnel only. Even better if the source code of the exchanges are made open source, so that firms like us would review and comment on that. Our trading algorithms are suggesting and showing us a huge correlation with CME Group leaving a back door open for few firms which is giving them an unfair advantage by letting them have access to the confidential data of market participants illegally and that is blind to the rest of the market participants, which is compromising on anonymity promised by the CME Group.
