After further review of the Commission's proposal I do agree with the updating of current rule that hiders Qualified Eligible Persons. The civil, constitutional rights of True Beneficiaries must be protected and the rules of Fiduciary responsibilities must be enforced, and the Commission is have been assigned with the responsibility of oversight and shall make the adjustment that are need to bring members assigned certain fiduciary responsibilities into full compliance.
