    Please find attached the joint response by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. and the Futures Industry Association to the CFTC’s Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) on Derivatives Clearing Organizations Recovery and Orderly Wind-down Plans; Information for Resolution Planning (RIN 3038-AF16).
