Ain't nothing wrong with letting people bet on election outcomes. Plus polling data is notoriously unreliable, and this would provide voters (and candidates) with another source of data from which to draw conclusions, one which isn't centralized and, tied to people's money, is stripped of partisan nonsense that usually overlays these things. In a country plagued by more and more people questioning election integrity, this move would help restore some of that balance and trust, and maybe if the "wrong" candidate wins next election, we will be able to see it coming.
