Despite being just fun for some, gambling is a dirty and dangerous business vulnerable to malicious manipulation where big money is on the table. Whether "playing" the stock market, gambling on horseracing or football, or betting against the "house" in Reno, big gambling brings huge profits and temptations up to and including murder--in the case of gambling on the outcome of an election, the murder of an inconvenient candidate. Surely election gambling fosters even more opportunity for election deniers to doubt the fairness of elections and with better reason. Who are the souls standing in the shadows who hope to profit from election gambling. We need to root them out for they surely care nothing for our country or the well-being of us citizens.
