I am writing in support of proposed rule 88 FR 22934. While adding to reporting and increasing the bureaucratic nature of an already cumbersome system is always something I flinch at, I believe this is a much needed addition in these times. We have continually seen the outcomes of "self regulated" firms and discover over and over the atrocities committed by overconfident individuals with unscrupulous methods others play by. Unfortunately, even when caught, fines are just part of doing business; I believe there is a vested interest to the American people in preventing the usage of ulterior customer accounts for margin calls.
