I strongly believe that all market data should be publicly available and accessible. The data should not be available only to those who are able to pay for it. Swap data in particular will help the markets gain some of the freedom back. As an individual investor I should be able to see what types of positions ( short, long, derivative, swap, etc) is being held in the company I am invested in. All market data should be publicly available.
