All swaps should be reported to the American public/retail investors and be available for public scrutiny in real time or in a timely manner. Swap data should not be hidden or not reported on. Not reporting on swaps seems deceitful and at odds with the American values of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Anyone attempting to hide or prevent the reporting of swap data including those of this commission should be relieved of their position of power to do so.
