Is the CFTC complicit in market abuse through their refusal to enforce their own reporting requirements? Has any CFTC employee received a benefit from an outside party in relation to refusing to enforce their own reporting requirements?
Should Self-Regulatory Organizations even exist? Commitment, Forward-thinking, Teamwork, and Clarity. The CFTC has nice core values that are simply not followed.
