To whom it may concern,
Swap data and all transaction data should be available for anyone to see. What good would it do if the data was hidden? Why would a governing agency want to hide any type of data? Since things are done digitally, why would this reduce paper? I'm very suspicious about agencies that are supposed to oversee regulation suddenly wants to hide data from the public to see. Please answer this question. Take away the paper reduction act, what purpose would hiding swap data achieve?
Sincerely,
James Fox, Phd.
