The WFE welcomes the opportunity to comment on the CFTC’s Request for Information (RFI) on Climate-Related Financial Risk to share perspectives and feedback on behalf of our members. Our response is focused on how climate-related financial risks are already assessed by current risk management practices of CCPs, as part of and consistent with, the current regulatory framework applied to CCPs.
