While I highly doubt that our laws and system of government intended for national elections gambling to be enacted through federal agency fiat as opposed to, well, Congress, if the CFTC wants to ignore the law and enact elections gambling anyway, I will happily be able to win all the idiots' money! It's like it's a win-win for me regardless of what happens! ;)
