Dear CFTC,
I work in the area of public policy. Political betting markets provide extremely valuable information that helps organizations to forecast the political landscape, anticipate the political environment, and invest institutional resources accordingly to best complete our work. Removing the reasonably dependable data generated by these markets will cast greater uncertainty over the work we do, likely leading to increased waste in terms or time, effort, and donor resources. I strongly encourage you to reconsider the termination of PredictIt's no-action letter.
