I want Kalshi to get contracts for which political party will be in control of each chamber of the U.S. Congress. I have been using them already on PredictIt so any adverse effects would have already happened had there been any, although at a smaller scale because of the money limit. I am sad that Kalshi seems to be undercutting PredictIt's market seeing as the no-action letter is being revoked, but I guess we are supposed to blame PredictIt for not trying to get full CFTC approval? I hope this allows these contracts for all players and doesn't provide Kalshi with a monopoly on the contracts.
