Hello, Tarek, the CEO of Kalshi is currently in his discord encouraging others to go leave comments about here on use cases for "hedging" when he fully knows that the real use case he is seeking is to gamble.
Now I personally have no problem with gambling and believe all people have a right to do whatever they want with their money and have a right to access all markets. However, basically any human being in the world is more deserving of this than the people involved with Kalshi.
They paid former CFTC staff to help undermine their biggest rival (PredictIt) and they treat your organization like something they are above. Please do not just take my word for it, you can view his posts in their discord which are still up at this time.
Thank you for your time and please consider allowing organizations run by good people like PredictIt to offer regulated markets, not by people who think they can buy regulators like Kalshi does.
