Hello,
Regarding 87 FR 37839.
As an individual investor, my preference is in that reporting that increases transparency, particularly when it pertains to Self Regulating Organizations that seem to, otherwise, have no oversight.
While I understand the need for response efficiency, it seems that these rules neither provide the necessary transparency, nor do they appropriately increase response efficiency.
I especially object to changes in reporting requirements that decrease transparency, which these proposed rule changes seem to do.
