The Monex trial is set for July 12th, 2022.
That is terrible news -- for me and for hundreds of other people who were defrauded by The Monex Deposit Company.
The trial was supposed to be in the spring of last year, and it was postponed to October of 2021. That was last month !!! Monex got it postponed again.
Monex is giving everyone a big runaround. Next July of 2022 they will have the trial rescheduled for sometime in 2023! You wait and see.
When is the CFTC going to step in and put a stop to all of this delaying?
When will we see real justice in this matter? The trial needs to take place soon -- in December of this year or January of next year at the latest. The lives of hundreds of people are at stake here.
The CFTC has partnered with The Monex Deposit Company and doesn't even know it. This relationship has been going on for years, and the CFTC doesn't know that either! When will this relationship end?
