Hello whoever this will reach,
I want to invest for a couple of friends of mine and I don't want to do this outside the law and regulations codes. I am looking for answers online but find variations of answers to my questions. I thought reaching out to the agency itself would be my best bet.
I know with the CFTC I can trade for others as long as it's under 15 individuals and don't promote myself to the public as a financial advisor, Is this true for the stock market as well?
Can you please advise me to any codes that I can reference to or if I need to register what license would I need to obtain to trade for others?
It's only 2 people that I want to trade for not a pool.
