I am STRONGLY opposed to the proposed leverage reduction regulations. I
have spent three years of my life studying the foreign exchange markets
and it is my responsibility to address the risk levels that are
appropriate for my financial circumstances. I do not need or want your
protection, and I will take my business elsewhere if you modify my
business opportunities to this arbitrary level.
