RIN 3038-AC61. Please leave the 100 to 1 leverage alone. It allows the small investor the
ability to make money if they have the technical skill. After losing our tails in the stock market
following the "experts" advice we need a level playing field. We don't need additional
protection--treat us as adults--we don't need your protection. If you want to regulate
something--just make sure controls and guidelines are in place that our money is safe at these
forex brokers--require something like FDIC insurance, or auditing of their books so I know my
investment winnings are safe. But leave the margin as is. We are big boys. thanks
