Dear Secretary,
I
am writing to express opposition to changing the leverage limitation which is being proposed
in
RIN 3038-AC61. I believe this will limit my ability as an individual investor to participate in FOREX trading as a
way of improving my investment portfolio and personal income. This leverage change will adversely effect
thousands of individual investors who are well aware of the risks inherent in all types of trading. Please do not
remove this investment vehicle from my arsenal by imposing such leverage limitations.
