    Comment Text:

There is a public comment that I submitted on Jan. 27, 2020 that as of today has been hacked to encode for potential disabuse in acts of sex terrorism. It is for comment number 62288 regarding 84 FR 21044. It is completely unacceptable that anyone should feel that they may disabuse their position in the financial sector or ANY OTHER SECTOR that depends upon competence and compliance with the law by strategically hacking public comments or any other public or private information in order to intimidate or retaliate against individuals or entities that are applying their Constitutional rights OR are engaged in good faith efforts to address acts of money laundering and crime. This is NOT about "risk;" it is about sabotage and the consequences.

"Public comments" such as these are a form of currency that should be available to the People and should be able to be used in order to provide the People with safety and security. In an alleged "knowledge-based" or "information-based" economy, to allow for internal operators to sabotage our possibilities for participating in pertinent processes such as these--which by the way, are LEGALLY required for many of the entities of concern--is to sabotage the People. It is ALSO unacceptable to sabotage legal processes, including compliance with regulatory requirements regarding mandated reporters, in order to "divert" us to public comments that can be re-circulated for federal appropriations or to ex post facto change the law instead of being used to secure the country and the People via prosecutions of crimes at the level they are engaged.

If these acts of sabotage are permitted to be leveraged by others who have been able to illicitly acquire "licensing" or other capacities to participate in the financial sector without being held accountable for their graft or fraud, then THEY must be held accountable for their efforts to defraud the People. It is ALSO the most unacceptable form of abuse of power to manipulate electronic records of individuals in order to encode their identity accounts to have pornographic or sexually explicit activity engaged, even "virtually," against their consent and involving ANY scenario which is against the law. This includes laws regarding legal age of consent or acts of sexual violence.
