I wish to find out how many investors lost money when OptionSellers went under in the second week of November in 2018 and what was their total losses. How much did the clearing member INT FCStone return to investors. On December 14, 2018, I was notified by Lauro Riso, Victim Specialist at the FBI, Department of Justice that I was the victim of a financial crime. A copy of this letter is available for CFTC inspection.
Do you know if other investors received such a letter and have you talked to Ms. Riso or anyone else at the FBI .
How many investors other than have filed a claim under the Reparations Program of the CFTC.
