It is of benefit to gather more information in relation to the expenditure of public funds or in regards to projects that support activities which are in the public interest. Whenever this is done it should be balanced with concerns regarding efficiency and timeliness in achieving new developments and projects, as one persistent concern for government is the delay in which not only new procedures and rules are adopted but also even the infrastructure, such as buildings and supplies, which support the agency's actual physical work. In this extension of information collecting the Commodity Futures Trading Commission should remain cognizant of such and strive to adhere to such a civic value.
