ZeroEx Inc. is helping develop 0x, an open source protocol that allows for the exchange any two Ethereum-based assets in a peer-to-peer fashion without relying on an intermediary to custody the assets. We appreciate the opportunity to provide information in response to the Commission's request and thank the Commission taking a respectful and thoughtful approach to understanding the Ethereum and its use cases.
