Regulation of Retail Forex
Derar Sirs,
I refer to item RIN 3038-AC61 and question the need for any alteration to the existing rules
pertaining to leverage in the retail Forex Market.
I know of no logical reason what anyone/body should wish to interfere apart from the inherent
desire of a communist government to want to control everything and everybody.
My view is that you should refrain from such action and allow the market to work without your
spurious supervision which has frequently been absent anyway.
Please leave well alone.
