Gentlemen:
The only legitimate function of a regulatory body in a free society is to establish rules in the interest of
limiting and minimizing the market power differential of any participant to a transaction. It is NOT to
limit choices to a bureaucrat's judgement as to what people should be able to choose.
Please do not regulate forex leverage. It would be an unnecessary and illegitimate intrusion into
financial commerce.
