We support the proposed increases in this act, we do however feel that three years is entirely too long. We like the use of Dec/Mch for corn and Nov/Jan for Soybeans.
This would provide a benefit to the producer as well as the commercial sector.
We would suggest using current VSR measures of 80% of full carry, which would effectively generate an increase of 5c.
