I appreciate what the CME is proposing to help with the ongoing convergence issue in the corn and soybean markets however, the process just takes too long. Three years is too much time to wait for corrections to be implemented. We need something like VSR in place that can respond in a timely manner. The world is moving at a fast pace we need markets that can keep up.
