I'm not sure what CMS is proposing re: medical records I believe. But if this is like "patient centered care" where doctors share information NOT provided by patients, I'm against it. I believe doctors don't have the right to share information with other doctors/offices etc. without the patient's permission. America is on a path to freedom and the right to choose and I wish patients to be in charge of their care and records. Not automatically given.
