Inquiry about the financial firm
Hi,
My name is Harit and I live in Thailand. Recently one of my friend invite me to the financial saminar and they said they invest in US stocks(facebook,amazon,google,microsoft,alibaba etc) which give a very high return (16-17% per month). I am thinking that they are some kind of online scams, so I would like to know that this specific firm has a requirement to be registered or not.

They offer me a one year contract with the minimun investment of 3000US dollar. Every month they will return 8-9% of profit and 8% of the principal.
They also showed daily profit from the stocks they invest on providing the exact time they buy and sell.
One of my friends just invested on the product and I want to make sure that this firm can be trusted.
Can you verify whether this firm has a requirement to be registered?
