THE SIMPLE FACT I HAD TO COME ACROSS THIS WITHOUT PRIOR KNOWLEDGE THROUGH THE INTERNET WOULD LEAD ONE TO PRESUME THAT, IF THE CFTC ALONG WITH ALL THE OTHER AGENCIES REALLY DESIRED AS MUCH INPUT AND FEEDBACK TO DEVELOP, DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT A BETTER SOLUTION, IT WOULD'VE ANNOUNCED IT ON MAINSRTREAM MEDIA, RADIO STATIONS AND SOCIAL MEDIA. The CFTC, as well as every other government agency associated with currency, securities, and disclosure, have repeatedly failed to facilitate and provide the public from accessing information that should be easily and readily available.and accessible. If government agencies' main objective and purpose is to fully serve its citizens and be as transparent as possible without compromising national security, an overhaul is necessary. For example, the Freedom of Information Act. It is a fine concept, but how can it truly serve its purpose if one has to fill out a request form? If its freedom of information, why is not readily available? Another example, a rather large amount of topics are considered "a threat to national security". Governmental Agencies have all the necessary means and resources. There is no defense for ignorance.
