The Edison Electric Institute (“EEI”) and the Electric Power Supply Association (“EPSA”) submit the attached comments in response to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s request for comment on how the Commission’s existing rules, regulations and practices could be applied in a simpler, less burdensome and less costly manner (RIN 3038-AE55).
