Part 2 of 2. The attached proposed Model Part 190 Rules are presented on behalf of the Part 190 Subcommittee of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association. The Model Part 190 Rules are an attachment to the separate transmittal letter that was submitted on behalf of the Part 190 Subcommittee.
