Regulation of Retail Forex
In reference to RIN 3038-AC61, please note that I am opposed to your proposed changes, and that
I have written to Congressman Walter B. Jones and both of my Senators about these changes.
This proposed change will harm smaller forex traders, and government should have learned by
now that you cannot protect foolish investors from themselves. Traders that lose money in any
market do so because of their lack of discipline or ignorance.
The Federal Government claims to promote entrepreneurism, but the small business people that
are starting with low capital cannot build their businesses under your new rules.
I hope you will hear from my elected officials. Walter Jones informed me that this proposed
change will be discussed in the committee meeting.
