    Mr. James McDonald

While I compliment you on your recent actions as to, a person or persons, that were involved in the manipulation of silver contracts I am in increasingly worried that you have not gone far enough. The world economy is based on supply and demand. When supply decreases and demand rises, prices go up. To the contrary prices go down. By allowing contract, without a limit, you can create a false scenario. That is exactly what is, and has, been taking place in the silver market. You are allowing people to manipulate a market. For me, as a small investor, it is manipulative. Manipulate, as described in the dictionary means, "To control or play upon artful, unfair, or insidious means esp. to owns advantage". That is exactly what is happening. PLEASE, lets limit contract buying and selling to allow a commodity to seek it's own value. PLEASE, allow ALL of us to play a fair market that is NOT manipulated by a few. I wish you the best in your new position as Enforcement Director.
