Hi HR,
As an intern at a bank, we are establishing regulations that comply with the government's. I am currently working on document 78 FR 32866, 17 CFR Part 43. There is a lot of text within this document. Is there another document that simply has the regulations rather than a summary of how the CFTC arrived to these regulations? Furthermore, regulations 43.1 and 43.3 are missing within the document.
