On behalf of The Commercial Energy Working Group and the Electric Power Supply Association, Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP submits the attached letter in support of the request submitted by several trade organizations and commodity market participants on December 7, 2016, seeking a 180-day extension of the comment deadline of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s Supplemental Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Regulation Automated Trading.
