    Dear Sirs and Ma'am's,

In theory this is brilliant and I think with today's technology and the implementation of LEI's it would provide an economic plattform that could bring the trust into the marketplace again. I think the only thing that needs addressing is education not so much on the working of the financial instruments but on the workings of LEI's. The once or if this is very complicating at first and difficult to comprehend but that may be due to my own personal problems in addition to lack of resources available at current day, it has taken myself quite some time to start to understand the concepts which I am sure that you will see a lot more people like myself who would end up returning back to this sort of trading as long as transparency on the customers side can be unkept. After the abuses suffered by my experiences from financial crisis in the past trading environment had also contributed to my own delay in considering even wanting to consider looking back toward the market place , as my trust that bought me to trade and at the time consider trading was really destroyed by the previous experiences, and it has taken some time to get past the whole paranoia that things can actually be fair and. Accountable for, it is not only the abuse of the marketplace that occurs but can inflow to fairs and kids for years free that, but it has taken some time and now i actually see a future in this industry which I had for so many years ago, and have hope for for now and the future. The whole concept is brilliant and I am looking forward to seeing the concept in full action.

The recent actions and time limits set for related requirements and required data to follow up on recent events are noted and wil be followed up I thin the time limits set . I think for complaints and submitting of bulkier records. From older days , the best form of data recording would be DVD or paper. Or USB. Transport would be expensive so minimising the physical size is essential as long as it doesn't compromise in the ability to deliver the data safely without damage: end of this month is the deadline and will be met I am sure by the interested parties

In Australia I think the hardest part to the consumer is adequately being able to find proper advice, which again holds up or slows down the ability to complete a response.

    Thankyoubfir the oportunity to comment.
