I am the one who filed this complaint. This account has Never been mine its been almost 2 1/2 years old. I have documents to where, whoever stole my identity took out the loan and there is only one transaction. They took all the money from Chase account and some how spent all the account money in one transaction.
How can anyone take a credit card and get all that money out? With any other credit card your only allowed a certain amount of money as cash. Now its on my credit reports AGAIN.Im going to send you all updates when I can gather them all.Lexington law firm was working with me on my debts. Now they have stopped and want me to update my account number. I am not going to address this because the money was in my account always has been.
