I am against the proposed redefining of a bona fide hedge and in support of the letters submitted by the National Grain and Feed Association. The changes in the definition would be a detriment to the agribusiness and farming community. Anticipatory hedges, in particular, are a resource for sound risk management. I urge you to reconsider the proposed rule change.
