I am in support of 79 FR 71973. I believe the regulations to limit speculations on crude oil, cup oil, gasoline, and natural gas is in the best interest of the citizens of the United States. Capping speculation will get prices down which will help the economy.
Thank you for your attempt to protect the core markets.
