To whom it may concern:
I am a licensed bonded grain dealer in central Illinois and have used traditional hedging for 60 years. My company purchases grain from our customers every business day from 7 am to 5 pm including Saturdays. The "new structure" would severely cripple our ability to conduct business not to mention the strain also on our producer/farmer. Please leave the bona fide hedge in place as it is today!!
