I am Regional Manager for JBS United Inc in Royal Illinois. We operate two regions in Illinois with grain facilities providing our farmer customers markets to merchandise their grain. Attached is our NGFA letter sent to you with a more in depth explanation of our concerns. Simple and very important hedging risk management tools we use is in danger of being taken away from us and our farmer customers. Please consider NGFA's requests and recomendations. Thank you.
