Please don't change the rules on hedging. We use futures and options almost every to manage risk for our company. We don't speculate! We need to be able to reduce our risk when we buy commodities from our customers. It helps our bottom line tremendously. If we have to restrict the use of futures and options our operating margins will have to widen resulting in lower prices for our farmers.
