We believe that digital currency is here to stay and therefore expect and welcome an appropriate spectrum of regulatory oversight to include a US based digital currency derivatives exchange. All participants in the digital currency space will benefit from enlightened regulation that will contribute significantly to a stable and functional marketplace. Financial markets being what they are, digital currency will surely assume many traditional attributes which will lead to activity in the derivatives space. Thus, almost inevitably, there will be a need for a regulated digital currency derivatives exchange which will inherently benefit all participants.
