A good friend of mine wrote to urge the CFTC to pass the proposed rules that limit speculation in 28 core markets. I concur. In my opinion, speculators contribute little to the economy, while taking advantage of loopholes to enrich themselves at the expense of all consumers. Please put the public good before the speculators who have made a killing in recent years.
