Please continue to move forward with your proposed rules to limit speculation in the markets you have identified. The lives of ordinary people are drastically affected for the worse when speculators are allowed to screw with the prices of products that they need. For example, when gas and food prices are reduced, I am able to use those extra dollars to support the economy of my state and the whole county in other ways, such as going out to eat once a month, which will help the small businesses in my area to prosper. The whims of a few speculators should never outweigh the needs of the rest of the citizens of this country.
